Our Two on One Personal Training sessions are designed for pairs with similar goals who want to keep each other accountable and start or continue their fitness journey together. Whether it's you and a spouse, a friend, or a family member, exercising together can make the experience more enjoyable and motivating. Exercise is always more fun when it’s shared.
Must be based in Bellingham, Washington for in home personal training. All other locations are eligible for online personal training.

For In Home Training, no equipment is needed. We bring the supplies to you!
For Online Training, we will work with what you have or what you can afford. Very basic equipment is recommended, such as a yoga mat and bands.

At Strongevity, we are dedicated to functional training specifically designed for seniors who want to be stronger for longer. We have years of experience working with specifically with seniors and beginners. We only accept a small number of clients so we can give everyone the greatest, most personalized experience possible.

Absolutely! We will do everything to make the experience smooth, such as providing tips, articles, and videos on how to solve any technological issues that may arise.

We offer flexible pricing based on number of sessions per week, length of agreement, and location (if based in or near the Bellingham, WA area for in-person training). After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Each session is 60 minutes long, including a warm up or cool down. We offer 90 minute and 120 minute sessions for those who want to get more out of each workout.
